The invention relates to a connecting device for concrete columns. The connecting device comprises an upper connecting end and a lower connecting end. The upper connecting end and the lower connecting end are of hollow cylindrical structures. An upper fixing plate is arranged on the outer wall, close to one end of the lower connecting end, of the upper connecting end. A lower fixing plate is arranged on the outer wall, close to one end of the upper connecting end, of the lower connecting end. Through holes, corresponding in positions and numbers, are arranged in the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate. Double-end studs are arranged in the through holes. The upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate are fixedly connected via locking nuts at two ends of each locking nut. The external diameter of the upper fixing plate is the same as that of the lower fixing plate. One end, away from the lower fixing plate, of the upper fixing plate is provided with two flange structures. By adoption of two connecting structures, different concrete columns are connected. The connecting device is simple in structure and convenient in operation.
