The present invention relates to a triple-angle rotating-type outdoor shading frame. The frame mainly comprises an L-shaped base, beam racks inclining at a 45-degree horizontal angle relative to the horizontal direction are welded at both a front end face and a rear end face of the upper part of the L-shaped base, shading plates are hinged to both rear ends of the beam racks, a first lug is welded in the middle position between front and rear ends of each shading plate, a switching beam is vertically hinged to the middle position of each beam rack, a right part of each switching beam is provided with a first slotted hole in sliding connection with the first lug, a second lug is welded on a right end of each switching beam, a straight pushing beam is hinged to a left part of each beam rack, and a right part of each straight pushing beam is provided with a second slotted hole in sliding connection with the second lug. According to the triple-angle rotating-type outdoor shading frame, the shading plates can be operated to rotate to keep out wind and rain for processing machinery, and the triple-angle rotating-type outdoor shading frame is small in rotating angle, and effects of operation simplification and using convenience are achieved.
