The present invention relates to a fiber cement composite board and a preparation method, and the fiber cement composite board comprises a fiber anti-cracking mesh, a cement composite board and a coating. The fiber anti-cracking mesh is polypropylene fiber. The cement composite board comprises the following raw materials by mass: 60-80% of cement, 5-20% of nano hollow microspheres and 5-20% of perlite. The cement adopts 42.5R Portland cement or 42.5 sulphoaluminate cement. The nano hollow microsphere particle size is 4-5nm, and the hollow rate is 80%. The perlite expansion ratio is greater than or equal to 5-15 times, and the volume weight is less than or equal to 80-200kg / m<3>. The coating is one of water-based fluorocarbon paint, water-in-water colorful paint, water-based exterior wall paint or self-cleaning paint.
