Wedge-shaped base leveling device
The invention relates to a wedge-shaped base leveling device. The leveling device is composed of two wedge-shaped leveling members which have the same structure and are in buckling connection. For each wedge-shaped leveling member, the cross section of the wedge-shaped leveling member is a right trapezoid; the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the wedge-shaped leveling member are rectangles having the same length but different widths; the front surface of the wedge-shaped leveling member is an inclined surface; the back surface corresponding to the inclined surface is a rectangular surface; the two vertical sides of the inclined surface are zigzag inclined faces; the middle part of the inclined surface is a smooth face; each zigzag inclined face is provided with three wedge-shaped grooves; and the two sides of the rectangular surface are respectively provided with three wedge-shaped grooves. By employing the wedge-shaped base leveling device, the base of a wall can be accurately leveled, construction steps for leveling the decoration base are simplified, the influence on the construction quality by manual operation can be reduced, and the leveling quality for the decoration base is improved. The standard design of the leveling members meets demands of industrial production, the construction environment is improved, the construction waste is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, problems of a conventional base leveling method are solved, and the leveling construction technology for the decoration base is standardized.
