Surrounded crack-filling die used for pouring of columns
The invention relates to a surrounded crack-filling die used for pouring of columns. The surrounded crack-filling die comprises four angle plates uniformly distributed at four corners of a square. The outer side surfaces of the angle plates are all movably connected with distance-adjusting support rods. A movable clamping plate is connected between every two angle plates in the dovetail groove connection mode. The distance-adjusting support rods comprise double-head internal-threaded sleeves. Inner ends and outer ends of the double-head internal-threaded sleeves are connected with end columns in the threaded mode. End columns of inner ends of the double-head internal-threaded sleeves are connected to corresponding angle plates. Outer ends of the double-head internal-threaded sleeves are connected with movable wrapping rings in a hinged mode. The surrounded crack-filling die used for pouring of columns has following beneficial effects: a reusable die is utilized for making false brackets so that manufacture speed of false brackets is increased and construction convenience is improved; load of labor construction is relieved; cost of making false brackets is decreased; and columns are closely wrapped by false brackets in order to fully supplement material in all directions.
