The invention discloses a low-noise concrete vibrating bar which comprises a motor, a flexible shaft and a sleeve. A drive shaft of the motor is connected with the driving end of the flexible shaft. The low-noise concrete vibrating bar is characterized in that a rotating shaft is further arranged, the driven end of the flexible shaft is fixedly connected with the driving end of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is further connected with the inner wall of the sleeve through a bearing and is coaxial with the sleeve. The interior of the rotating shaft is a cylindrical cavity. An eccentric heavy ball is arranged in the cavity, and the spherical diameter of the eccentric heavy ball is smaller than the radius of the circumference of the cylindrical cavity. The bottom face of the cylindrical cavity is a spherical face hunched inwards. The low-noise concrete vibrating bar has the advantage of lowering noise.
