The invention relates to a multi-functional safe holding pole. The multi-functional safe holding pole comprises a base, a support pole, fixing racks, a holding pole body, a shielding umbrella and illuminating lamps. The base is plate-shaped. Screw holes used for being fixed with the ground are arranged around the base. The support pole is fixed in the center of the upper end surface of the base. The at least two fixing racks comprise transverse poles and U-shaped clips arranged at two ends of the transverse poles. One sides of the U-shaped clips are rotatably provided with fixing nuts. The fixing racks are fixed on the support pole via one U-shaped clip. The holding pole is connected with the other U-shaped clip. The shielding umbrella comprises an umbrella handle arranged on the support pole and a shielding plate arranged on the umbrella handle. The illuminating lamps are uniformly distributed at the extension of the shielding plate. The multi-functional safe holding pole is fixedly conveniently and flexibly installed.
