The invention discloses a box door locking structure which comprises a door plate, a first sliding plate and a limiting shaft, wherein the first sliding plate is arranged on the back side of the door plate and can move transversely and relatively; the limiting shaft is arranged on one side of the first sliding plate and used for limiting the first sliding plate; and a handle is arranged on the front side of the door plate and comprises a handle spindle penetrating tothe back side of the door plate. The box door locking structure is characterized by further comprising a second sliding plate, a transmission plate, a driving device and a main control plate, wherein the driving device is used for driving the second sliding plate to move longitudinally; the main control plate is used for controlling the driving device; the transmission plate is slidingly connected with the second sliding plate, so that the transmission plate and the second sliding plate can synchronously move longitudinally and relatively move transversely; the transmission plate is also slidingly connected with the first sliding plate, so that the transmission plate and the first sliding plate can synchronously move transversely and relatively move longitudinally; the handle spindle is located at the end portion of the back side of the door plate and connected with one end of a handle shifting fork; a fixing shaft is arranged at the other end of the handle shifting fork; a groove extending upwards is formed in the bottom of the transmission plate; and the fixing shaft is located below the groove and can penetrate into the groove in a matching mode when the transmission plate moves downwards.
