The present invention discloses a door window installed through spring pin bolts and a door window integral installation method. The door window comprises a window body installation auxiliary frame which is fixed at a building reserved opening through fixing members and provided with clamping grooves, a gap being left between the door window installation auxiliary frame and the building reserved opening; a waterproof cement mortar layer filled in the gap between the door window installation auxiliary frame and the building reserved opening; a door window unit, spring pin bolt installation holes being formed in the periphery of the door window unit; and spring pin bolts, pin bolts of the spring pin bolts being clamped inside the clamping groove of the window body installation auxiliary frame, thereby realizing connection between the door window unit and the window body installation auxiliary frame. Integral window installation of door windows can be realized, thereby facilitating industrial and standardized production of the building door windows. The door window unit is an integral product when leaving factory and can be rapidly and conveniently installed directly at a construction site, thereby greatly reducing difficulties of site construction, shortening the construction cycle, and completely ensuring integral window quality of the building door windows.
