The novel shutter glass window is characterized in that the novel shutter glass window comprises roller shutter devices, a glass window body, a window frame with slides, a sealing strip and solar power devices; the roller shutter devices comprise a roller shutter box, a tubular motor, a bearing seat and a shutter blade; the window box body is of a double-layer structure; a glass plate of the window box body is 3mm to 5mm thin; the two strip-shaped grooves are arranged in the window frame with slides; one is a shutter blade slide and the other is a fixed groove for the glass window body; the sealing strip is used for securing the glass window body nested into the fixed groove; the solar power devices comprises a solar energy collector, a lithium storage battery and a circulating circuit; the solar energy collector is covered to the shutter blade; and the circulating circuit is used for connecting the solar energy collector, the lithium storage battery and the roller shutter devices in series. The novel shutter glass window powered by solar energy is energy-efficient and eco-friendly and has a novel structure and is applied to a office, a store and other places.
