The invention discloses a middle rail for a door frame with the purpose of solving the problem that a conventional middle rail for a door frame has poor strength. The middle rail for the door frame comprises a middle rail body. A placing hole is formed along the length direction of the middle rail body in the middle rail body and is internally provided with a support rack for improving strength of the middle rail body. The support rack is arranged along the inner wall of the placing hole. The middle rail for the door frame has following advantages: due to the fact that the placing hole is formed along the length direction of the middle rail body in the middle rail body and is internally provided with the support rack, overall strength of the middle rail body is effectively improved through the support rack without changing the size and the shape of the original middle rail body; and the middle rail body is not easy to deform during application and has enough strength.
