The invention relates to a fire-proofing anti-collision sound-insulating sealing rubber strip. The fire-proofing anti-collision sound-insulating sealing rubber strip comprises a sealing rubber strip body having a hollow shape and a clamping protruding strip formed outside of the sealing rubber strip body. Two sides of the clamping protruding strip are provided with clamping inverted piercing strips. The interior of the sealing rubber strip body having a hollow shape is provided with a layer of fire-proof expansion strip. The fire-proofing anti-collision sound-insulating sealing rubber strip has following beneficial effects: by adoption of the above structure, the sealing rubber strip has fire-proofing, sound-insulating, anti-collision and sealing effects; a user does not need to install two anti-collision and fire-proofing sealing rubber strips; installation is simplified; and cost is saved.
