The present invention provides a scissor-like door gate transit logic identification device, which belongs to rail transportation, ticket selling and checking service, building and specific place security access control, and venue access control field. The scissor-like door gate transit logic identification device comprises a left gate and a right gate which are oppositely arranged, and a pedestrian access is formed between the left gate and the right gate; a door leaf on the left gate and a door leaf on the right gate form a scissor-like door; one side of the scissor-like door is a non-paying area, and the other side of the scissor-like door is a paying area; the direction from the non-paying area to the paying area is the inbound direction, the direction from the paying area to the non-paying area is the outbound direction; sensors are respectively arranged on the left gate and the right gate, and the sensors comprise opposite-type infrared photoelectric sensors and diffuse reflection sensors; the diffuse reflection sensor is used to determine the height and the volume of an object; and the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal of each opposite-type infrared photoelectric sensor are mounted one to one symmetrically on the left gate and the right gate.
