The invention relates to an intelligent distribution device based on cloud computing. The intelligent distribution device comprises an intelligent express cabinet, and the intelligent express cabinetis composed of a cabinet body, a base and a monitor. The cabinet body is composed of a main cabinet and an auxiliary cabinet. The auxiliary cabinet consists of a plurality of storage cells; cabinet door hinged to each storage cell. The device further comprises an anti-misoperation locking device, a self-unloading device, a lifting device and a distribution frame. The anti-misoperation locking device comprises a knob and baffle plates; the knob consists of an elliptical plate body, a circular plate body and a cylinder; the elliptical plate body and the circular plate body are clamped on the inner and outer sides of the cabinet door and connected with the cylinder; the cylinder and the cabinet door are in rotating connection, a weight increasing block is arranged in the long axis direction of the elliptical plate body; the self-unloading device is a plate body with a groove in the upper surface; an inclined face is arranged on the lower portion of the self-unloading device, the back of the self-unloading device is hinged to the inner walls of the storage cells, and the problems that in the prior art, doors of storage cells of an express cabinet are prone to being mistakenly closed, express items are prone to being missed in the storage cells, and heavy express items are not easy to store and take in the storage cells on the top of the express cabinet are solved.
