The invention discloses a window and curtain driven by converting sunlight into electric energy. The window comprises a transmission box body and a transmission cavity formed in the transmission box body, a window transmission device and a curtain transmission device are arranged in the transmission cavity, an inclined solar cell panel is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the inner wall of therear side of the transmission box body, and a supporting rod is fixedly arranged between the solar cell panel and the inner wall of the rear side of the transmission box body. The window is simple instructure and convenient to use, opening and closing of the window and the curtain can be controlled through one motor, the manufacturing cost is reduced, meanwhile, the technology of converting visible light into electric energy is used for providing power for the whole device, the whole device does not need to be connected into a household circuit, extra electric energy consumption is not generated any more, and promotion of the window curtain in public families is better facilitated.
