The invention discloses a riverway ecological restoration process, and belongs to the technical field of riverway treatment. The riverway ecological restoration process comprises the following operation steps: A, sludge excavation: firstly excavating a ship position in a construction area, simultaneously dispatching a repair ship, hoisting a construction ship into an excavation ship position areaafter the ship position is excavated and excavating sludge in a riverway into a pretreatment screening device by a front-section backhoe excavator; b, sludge washing: washing the sludge and mud-watermixture into a sludge bin by adopting a water gun, cleaning sundries into a storage bin, subsequently transporting the sundries to a temporary wharf through a sludge barge and loading a dump truck totransport the sundries into a specified storage yard after the excavator is lifted from the ship; and adding an agglutinant into the mud-water mixture in the mud bin by adopting a dosing device, fullystirring for not less than 3 minutes by using a stirrer in the mud bin and putting the stirred sludge back to the riverway. According to the riverway ecological restoration process, sludge is cleaned, impurities are prevented from being backfilled into the riverway and the ecological restoration effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种河道生态修复工艺，属于河道处理技术领域，包括如下操作步骤：A.污泥开挖：先进行施工区船位开挖，同时进行修复船调遣，待船位开挖完成后起吊施工船舶入开挖船位区，由前段反铲挖掘机开挖河道内淤泥入预处理筛分装置上；B.淤泥冲刷：采用水枪冲刷淤泥，泥水混合物入泥仓内，杂物清理至储存仓中，后续通过泥驳将杂物运输至临时码头处，挖掘机起船后装自卸汽车运输至指定堆场内；对泥仓内的泥水混合物，采用加药装置添加物化凝集剂，由泥仓内的搅拌机进行充分搅拌，搅拌时间不少于3分钟，将搅拌完成后的淤泥放回到河道中。该河道生态修复工艺对淤泥进行了清理，减少杂物被回填到河道中，提高生态修复的效果。
