The invention discloses a vibration molding inorganic quartzite production process, which comprises the following steps of: (1) taking materials, (2) proportioning, (3) mixing, (4) mixing, (5) mixing,(6) distributing materials, (7) vacuumizing: pumping out air in the distributed material mixture through vacuumizing equipment until the vacuum degree reaches -0.01 BAY, (8) pressing, specifically, after vacuum pumping is conducted, conducting pressing through the vibration frequency, (9) maintenance, (10) grinding and polishing, and (11) inspection. The quartz sand and the adhesive adopted by the board prepared by the invention belong to inorganic matters, and multiple materials are tightly combined by utilizing a vibration molding principle, so that the same raw materials exert the maximumcharacteristics. The density and the breaking strength (28-30 MPa) of the product are improved, and meanwhile, the inorganic characteristic is more environment-friendly.
