The invention relates to high-performance geopolymer concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance geopolymer concrete is prepared from fly ash, superfine slag powder, sodium hydroxide, water glass, a water reducing agent, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, steel fibers and polypropylene fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding and mixing the componentsof formulation according to a reasonable sequence, adding the polypropylene fibers twice in the mixing process and laying the steel fibers in a layered manner in the concrete pouring process. The high-performance geopolymer concrete has remarkable effects of improving the brittleness of geopolymer concrete, improving the ductility of the geopolymer concrete, saving the fiber consumption and the like.
