The lightweight heat insulation brick is produced from, by weight, 100-120 parts of diatomite tailing powder, 40-60 parts of argillaceous shale, 20-30 parts of silty clay, 50-60 parts of basalt powder, 10-25 parts of ceramic polishing powder waste residues, 33-40 parts of waste tire rubber powder, 20-28 parts of cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, 5-10 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 2-6 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-4 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 12-16 parts of rosin polyether polyol, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine, 20-25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-18 parts of chopped glass fibers, 5-10 parts oflong-cut glass fibers and 2-4 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The lightweight heat insulation brick has excellent mechanical properties, has a good heat insulation effect, and can effectively isolate heat to achieve the heat insulation function, so indoor high temperature in summer is avoided from being conducted indoors or indoor heat dissipation in winter is avoided; the lightweight heat insulation brick has a low water absorptivity, so water permeation can be effectively prevented; and the manufacturing cost is low, so the lightweight heat insulation brick is suitable for large-area industrial production.
本发明提供一种建筑墙体用轻质保温砖及其制备方法,涉及保温砖领域,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:硅藻土尾矿粉100‑120份、泥质页岩40‑60份、粉质粘土20‑30份、玄武岩粉料50‑60份、陶瓷抛光粉废渣10‑25份、废旧轮胎胶粉33‑40份、腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂20‑28份、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠5‑10份、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱2‑6份、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠1‑4份、松香聚醚多元醇12‑16份、三乙醇胺1‑3份、聚乙烯醇20‑25份、短切玻璃纤维10‑18份、长切玻璃纤维5‑10份、聚羧酸减水剂2‑4份,各项力学性能优异,保温隔热效果好,能够有效隔绝热量,起到保温的作用,避免夏季室内高温传导至室内或冬季室内热量散,吸水率低可有效防水阻止水分渗透,而且制造成本低,适合大面积工业化生产。
