Corrosion-resistant weather-resistant mud brick and manufacturing method thereof
A corrosion-resistant weather-resistant mud brick and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. Raw materials include, by weight, 25-36 parts of mudflat mud, 5-10 parts of clay, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 3-6 parts of sodium silicate, 8-14 parts of purified water, 2-7 parts of mica, 1-3 parts of a mildew preventive, 1-3 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of a curing agent, 4-8 parts of coalgangue, 6-8 parts of refractory fibers and 9-12 parts of cement. The invention relates to the technical field of brick making. According to the mud brick and the method, the mudflat mud is adopted asthe main raw material, the sodium silicate is added so that the manufactured mud brick has good corrosion resistance; the mud brick has improved hardness and weather resistance through addition of the mica and the coal gangue; the mud brick has good fire resistance through addition of the silicon carbide and the refractory fibers; the cement is adopted as a second auxiliary material and the curing agent is added so that the mud brick can be quickly shaped without firing. The manufacturing process of the mud brick is simple, does not produce pollution, and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
