The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly recycled concrete and a preparation technology thereof. The recycled concrete is prepared from, by weight, 45-55 parts of recycled coarse aggregates, 15-25 parts of natural coarse aggregates, 15-20 parts of activated water, 10-20 parts of hydroxyl styrene-butadiene latex, 20-40 parts of fine sands, 5-12 parts of Portland cement, 5-8 parts of polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 40-60 parts of a filler, 4-6 parts of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 3-6 parts of an adhesive and 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: S1, polishing and crushing waste building materials; S2, removing needle-shaped and sheet-shaped wastes; S3, separating out metal impurities in the recycled coarse aggregates by using a magnetic screening machine; S4, uniformly stirring the recycled coarse aggregates, the natural coarse aggregate and the fine sands, adding Portland cement, the activated water, the polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol fibers, the filler and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, performing stirring until uniformity, adding the adhesive and the water reducing agent, and performing stirring untiluniformity; and S5, pouring and vibrating the recycled concrete slurry to mold the recycled concrete slurry. The recycled concrete prepared in the invention has good impermeability.
