Hybrid fiber ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) electric pole and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of electric power engineering, and particularly relates to a hybrid fiber ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) electric pole and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the UHPC used by the electric pole is formed by combining cement, silica fume, quartz sand with different gradations, broken stones, an additional high efficiency water reducer, water, polypropylene fibers and basalt fibers according to a certain proportion. The cement is 42.5-grade ordinary silicate, the water reducer is a novel non-naphthalene high-performance water reducer AN4000, and theslurry is uniform and compact. Due to the fact that the basalt fibers and the polypropylene fibers are added, the crack resistance and durability of the UHPC electric pole are greatly improved. The electric pole is quite suitable for harsh corrosive environments in coastal areas, and the phenomenon of steel fiber corrosion after steel fibers are added is avoided while the strength is improved. The raw materials used in the invention are common industrial raw materials, the production cost is greatly reduced, the preparation method is simple, and the electric pole has wide application value inthe fields of concrete electric pole cast-in-place and corrosion resistance.
