The invention relates to an alkali slag-based rapid plugging agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the rapid plugging agent, slag powder is used as a cementing material, quick lime, solid sodium silicate powder and solid sodium hydroxide are used as excitants, and rice hull ash, magnesium oxide, vermiculite powder, redispersible latex powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether anda water reducing agent are used for regulating and controlling the working performance and the volume stability of the plugging agent material. Compared with the agents in the prior art, the alkali slag-based rapid plugging agent has good impermeability and volume stability and meets the requirement for rapidness in plugging construction; and the material preparation process is simple, the solidraw materials are easy to store and transport, the use safety is high and the national low-carbon and environment-friendly development requirements are met.
本发明涉及一种碱矿渣基快速堵漏剂及其制备方法，该快速堵漏剂以矿渣粉为胶凝材料，以生石灰、固体硅酸钠粉末和固体氢氧化钠为激发剂，以稻壳灰、氧化镁、蛭石粉、可再分散乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和减水剂调控堵漏剂材料的工作性能和体积稳定性。与现有技术相比，本发明的碱矿渣基快速堵漏剂具备良好抗渗性和体积稳定性的同时满足堵漏施工中“快速”的需求；而且材料制备工艺简单，固体原料易于储存运输，使用安全性高，也符合国家低碳环保的发展要求。
