Carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc. Ceramic powder in a carbon-ceramic composite material is uniformly distributed, and the preparation costis low. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ceramic slurry; (2) preparation of a carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc wet blank; (3) preparation of a carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc dry blank; (4) rough machining; (5) vapor deposition; and (6) finish machining. The ceramic powder and a lubricant containing graphite powder or graphene are introduced into a carbon fiber preform in a physical mode at room temperature, the carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc is prepared after vapor deposition, and the preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, short production period, low preparation cost, good wear resistance and the like; and the open porosity of the prepared carbon-ceramic composite material brake disc is 1-3.5%, the density is 2.0-2.3 g/cm<3>, the bending strength is 390-480 MPa, the friction coefficient is 0.35-0.42, and the wear rate is 0.3-0.5 * 10 <-7> cm<3>/(N.m).
本发明公开了一种碳陶复合材料内陶瓷粉分布均匀、制备成本低的碳陶复合材料刹车盘制备方法,它包括以下步骤:⑴制备陶瓷浆料;⑵制备碳陶复合材料刹车盘湿坯;⑶制备碳陶复合材料刹车盘干坯;⑷粗加工;⑸气相沉积;⑹精加工;本发明实现了在室温下通过物理方式将陶瓷粉体及包括石墨粉或石墨烯的润滑剂引入到碳纤维预制体中,经气相沉积后制备得碳陶复合材料刹车盘,具有工艺简单,生产周期短,制备成本低,耐磨性能好等特点;制备的碳陶复合材料刹车盘的开气孔率为1﹪~3.5﹪,密度为2.0g/㎝~2.3g/㎝,抗弯强度为390MPa~480MPa,摩擦系数为0.35~0.42,磨损率为0.3×10㎝/(N·m)~0.5×10㎝/(N·m)。
