Wollastonite-containing moisture-resistant bending-resistant foamed ceramic insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a wollastonite-containing moisture-resistant bending-resistant foamed ceramic insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The foamed ceramic insulation board is preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by mass: 69-73 parts of perlite, 13-17 parts of zeolite powder, 2-4 parts of bentonite, 1-1.5 parts of fluorite powder, 2-4 parts of shale, 0.3-0.5 part of silicon carbide and 5-9 parts of wollastonite powder. The method comprises the following steps: S1, raw material preparing; S2, ball-milling and pulping; S3, billet preparing; S4, drying; and S5, sintering. According to the invention, by adding 5-9 wt% of wollastonite into the raw materials of the foamed ceramic insulation board, the shrinkage rate of the billet is reduced, the water absorption rateis reduced, and the breaking strength is enhanced; the wollastonite-containing billet has high mechanical strength and low dielectric loss; and by introducing the wollastonite billet, the maturationspeed is increased in the sintering process, the time required for reaching the highest sintering temperature is short, the heat loss of a unit product is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供了含有硅灰石的耐潮抗折发泡陶瓷保温板及其制备方法,所述发泡陶瓷保温板的原料按质量份计,包括:珍珠岩69~73份、沸石粉13~17份、膨润土2~4份、萤石粉1~1.5份、页岩2~4份、碳化硅0.3~0.5份、硅灰石粉5~9份;所述方法包括步骤:S1配备原料;S2球磨制浆;S3制坯;S4干燥;S5烧结。本发明采用的发泡陶瓷保温板原料中添加了5~9%wt的硅灰石,使得坯体的收缩率减小,吸水率降低,抗折强度增强;含硅灰石的坯体还具有较高的机械强度和较低的介电损失;而且引入硅灰石的坯体,在烧结过程中成熟速度加快,达到烧成最高温度的需要的时间短,大大降低了单位制品的热损耗,降低了成本。
