Process for preparing porous ceramic by organic foam impregnation method
The invention provides a process for preparing porous ceramic by an organic foam impregnation method, wherein the process comprises the following steps: 1) taking a certain amount of proportioned diatomite, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and kaolin ceramic powder, putting into a planetary ball mill, and carrying out ball milling; 2) adding 50 g of ball-milled ceramic powder into a certain amountof polyvinyl alcohol solution, mixing, stirring to prepare ceramic slurry by an electric stirrer, impregnating the slurry with pre-treated organic foam after stirring is completed, extruding excessiveslurry when foam bodies is filled with the slurry, drying at room temperature for 24 h, and drying in a drying box at the temperature of 60 DEG C for 24 h to obtain a porous ceramic blank; and 3) putting the porous ceramic blank in a high-temperature furnace, and sintering to obtain the porous ceramic. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention can be used for preparing theporous ceramic material with high porosity and uniform pore size distribution.
本发明提供了一种有机泡沫浸渍法制备多孔陶瓷的工艺,步骤如下:1)取一定量配比好的硅藻土、氧化铝、氧化镁、高岭土陶瓷粉料,放入行星球磨机上球磨;2)取50g球磨后的陶瓷粉料加入至一定量的聚乙烯醇溶液混合,并用电动搅拌器搅拌制备陶瓷浆料,搅拌完成后用预先处理好的有机泡沫浸渍浆料,待浆料充满泡沫体时,挤出多余浆料,然后在室温干燥24h,再在60℃干燥箱内干燥24h,得到多孔陶瓷坯体;3)将多孔陶瓷坯体放入高温炉中烧结后即得到多孔陶瓷;与现有技术相比,采用本发明的方法可以制备出孔隙率高、孔径分布均匀的多孔陶瓷材料。
