The invention relates to an aluminum oxide ceramic production process. The process comprises the following steps: ceramic pretreatment: cleaning the surface of a to-be-metalized area of ceramic; slurry treatment: mixing molybdenum powder, aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide according to a certain proportion to obtain molybdenum slurry, placing the molybdenum slurry in a binder, and fully and evenlystirring; silk-screen printing: uniformly coating the upper and lower silk-screen printing surfaces of the ceramic with the molybdenum slurry; metalized sintering: forming a metalized layer on the surface of the ceramic to prepare metalized ceramic; and hot-pressing sealing: sealing the metallized ceramic, an inner nickel ring and an outer nickel ring. The metallized ceramic prepared by the aluminum oxide ceramic production process disclosed by the invention can stably operate for a long time in a high-temperature molten salt corrosion environment of 270-350 DEG C, is suitable for a sodium salt battery, and meets the working and using requirements of a sodium salt battery.
