The in-situ cold-recycled normal-temperature thermosetting asphalt material is prepared from, by mass, a normal-temperature thermosetting modified asphalt component E, a component F, a premixed dry material for in-situ cold recycling, a pavement milling old material and new aggregates. The defects that a hot in-place recycling technology in the invention consumes a large amount of fuel and easily causes further aging of asphalt components in the mixture and existing cold in-place recycled mixture has insufficient properties such as high-temperature rutting resistance, water stability and the like are overcome.
