Elastic non-separated fastener system of medium-low-speed magnetic levitation track
The invention discloses an elastic non-separated fastener system of a medium-low-speed magnetic levitation track, which is used for effectively realizing three-dimensional adjustment of a track panel,improving the overall assembly precision of fasteners and being beneficial to reducing the construction cost of the medium-low-speed magnetic levitation track. The fastener system comprises embeddedbolts for connecting height adjusting nuts, a vibration reduction or distance adjustment assembly and an upper buckling and pressing nut assembly in series, wherein the height adjusting nuts are located below the bottom surface of an iron base plate, and the vibration reduction or distance adjustment assembly is located between the bottom top surface of an H-shaped steel sleeper rail and the bottom surface of the upper buckling and pressing nut assembly. Rail bottom large round holes are correspondingly formed in the rail bottom on the two sides of the rail web of the H-shaped steel sleeper, the lower parts of the embedded bolts are embedded in a rail bearing platform and form anchoring connection with the rail bearing platform, the upper parts of the embedded bolts penetrate through the rail bottom large round holes to achieve longitudinal adjustment and transverse adjustment of the H-shaped steel sleeper, and vertical adjustment of the H-shaped steel sleeper is achieved by changing the thickness of a height adjusting base plate.
