The invention relates to a precast beam transverse connecting structure. The precast beam transverse connecting structure comprises first embedded reinforcing steel bars and second embedded reinforcing steel bars which have a gap in the transverse connecting direction. The two ends of the first embedded reinforcing steel bars are inserted into first connecting ends of first precast beams correspondingly, and the middle portions of the first embedded reinforcing steel bars extend out of the first connecting ends. The two ends of the second embedded reinforcing steel bars are inserted into second connecting ends of second precast beams correspondingly, and the middle portions of the second embedded reinforcing steel bars extend out of the second connecting ends. The precast beam transverseconnecting structure further comprises rotary steel bars, the rotary steel bars are arranged in wet joints and fixedly connected with the first embedded reinforcing steel bars and the second embeddedreinforcing steel bars respectively, and concrete is poured into the wet joints. The invention further relates to a precast beam transverse connection method for forming the precast beam transverse connection structure. According to the precast beam transverse connecting structure and method, the rotary reinforcing steel bars adapt to the first embedded reinforcing steel bars and the second embedded reinforcing steel bars which are not completely aligned through rotation of the rotary reinforcing steel bars, and reliable connection between the reinforcing steel bars is guaranteed.
