The invention further provides a supporting method of the supporting system, which comprises the steps of fixing the bottom of the box girder formwork to a foundation, rotating lead screws, slowly opening the formwork, fixing the lead screws, and checking the formwork; and pouring concrete, rotating the lead screws to enable a supporting mechanism to contract, and finally removing the formwork.
