The invention discloses a comprehensive maintenance method for winter construction of a concrete box girder, which comprises the steps of 1, after a bracket of the cast-in-place concrete box girder iserected, mounting an electrothermal film bottom die; 2, conducting concrete box girder reinforcing steel bar and box chamber inner mold construction, and pre-burying a thermoelectric couple thermometer in the concrete box girder; 3, setting a greenhouse stand column, wherein the bottom of the greenhouse stand column can be fixed in a welding, bolt fixing and/or binding manner by utilizing box girder reinforcing steel bars, formworks or brackets, and the greenhouse stand column located in the middle of the concrete box girder needs to be pre-buried into a girder body by a certain depth; and 4,installing a greenhouse surface layer, wherein the greenhouse surface layer is composed of steel wire ropes and a heat preservation layer, the steel wire ropes are connected with greenhouse stand column to form a supporting framework of the heat preservation layer, and sealing is conduced through the heat preservation layer. The maintenance quality of concrete during winter construction of the concrete box girder is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种混凝土箱梁冬期施工综合养护方法，包括以下步骤：步骤一、现浇混凝土箱梁的支架搭设完成后，进行电热膜底模的安装；步骤二、进行混凝土箱梁钢筋、箱室内模施工，并在混凝土箱梁内部预埋温差电偶温度计；步骤三、设置暖棚立柱，其底部固定可利用箱梁钢筋、模板或支架进行焊接、螺栓固定和/或捆绑的形式；其中，位于混凝土箱梁中间的暖棚立柱需预埋入梁体内部一定深度；步骤四、安装暖棚面层，所述暖棚面层由钢丝绳和保温层构成，利用钢丝绳连接暖棚立柱，形成保温层的支撑骨架，并通过保温层进行封闭。本发明提高混凝土箱梁冬期施工时混凝土的养护质量，降低养护成本。
