The invention provides a beam body jacking and deviation rectifying method for a high-speed railway bridge. The beam body jacking and deviation rectifying method comprises the following steps: installing a temporary support between a pier and a beam body to support the beam body; reaming a sleeve hole in a padstone; installing a vertical jacking device for jacking the beam body and a transverse pushing device for transversely moving the beam body; jacking and transversely moving the beam body to a preset position to generate a height difference between the support and the padstone; cushioninga steel plate between the support and the padstone so as to fill the height difference; and pouring the sleeve hole reamed by the padstone. According to the beam body jacking and deviation rectifyingmethod, the height difference is generated between the support and the cushion stone, and the steel plate is cushioned between the support and the cushion stone to fill the height difference so as tosupport the beam body through the steel plate; and the longitudinal position of the beam body can be raised and kept through the cushioning steel plate, and the problem of bridge settlement is solvedon the premise that a support anchoring system does not need to be modified.
