The method comprises the following steps: 1, marking hinge joint positions between transverse and longitudinal hollow bridge plates; 2, mounting color strip cloth on the full bridge in a span division manner; 3, assembling a sound insulation, protection and dust reductionintegrated device; 4, breaking the longitudinal hinge joints of the bridge plate from one end of the bridge; 5, hoisting out the bridge plates through a crane after the bridge deck system and the hinge joint are cleaned; 6, carrying out fretsaw cutting on a bent cap and a pier stud, lifting out the bent cap and the pier stud, transporting the bent cap and the pier stud to a crushing plant far awayfrom an urban area together with the span bridge plate, and carrying out unified breaking; and 7, removing broken objects on the color strip cloth and removing the color strip cloth.
