The invention discloses an automatic telescopic anti-collision handrail which comprises a fixed box body. The handrail further comprises a connecting end. An end mounting groove is formed in the connecting end, and the end head mounting groove is provided with a through hole. A swinging connecting block is arranged in the end mounting groove, and the connecting block is connected to a fifth rotating shaft. A fixed cover is arranged on the connecting end, and the fixed cover is connected with the connecting block through a third spring. The connecting end is connected with a first telescopic frame. A first sliding groove is formed in the first telescopic frame. A sliding second telescopic frame is arranged in the first sliding groove. A second sliding groove is formed in the second telescopic frame. A sliding third telescopic frame is arranged in the second sliding groove. A swinging vertical support is further arranged on the third telescopic frame. The third telescopic frame can be supported through the vertical support, and therefore, the stability of the third telescopic frame can be further guaranteed.
