The invention provides a scaffold rack pipe aerial transferring device and method. The scaffold rack pipe aerial transferring device comprises a jacket. The jacket is provided with a lifting lug connected with the tail end of a steel wire rope of a lifting device. The jacket comprises a pair of semicircular cylinder rings. The bottom ends of the jacket are hinged. The top ends of the jacket are connected through a buckle. An antiskid pad is arranged on the inner wall of the jacket. Through fast opening and closing of the buckle, time for putting a rack pipe into the jacket and for taking the rack pipe out of the jacket is saved. The antiskid pad is arranged in the jacket, thus when the buckle is locked, the jacket holds the rack pipe completely tightly, and sliding of the rack pipe is avoided. The jacket and the lifting device are connected through the lifting lug and the steel wire rope, thus the rack pipe does not need to be lifted and carried manually, time and labor are saved, andsafety and high efficiency are achieved.

The invention provides a scaffold rack pipe aerial transferring device and method. The scaffold rack pipe aerial transferring device comprises a jacket.
