The invention relates to a dumping plough working method, and belongs to the field of mine dumps. The dumping plough working method comprises the following contents: a dumping plough working bench slope toe adopts an automobile rock dumping advanced dump slope toe preloading platform; after a sealing-tape machine is shifted each time, during downwards dump, the slope toe is firstly dumped, and then pile-loading is carried out, so that slope toe pre-sedimentation is realized, and the strength of the bottom part of a rock dumping bench is improved; after the sealing-tape machine is shifted eachtime, upwards dump is carried out firstly, then downwards dump is carried out, and during upwards dump, a dump plough firstly dumps at the upstream side of the sealing-tape machine and then goes around to the downstream side of the sealing-tape machine so as to dump upwards; and the standing position elevation of the dumping plough is 0.5 to 1m higher than the position elevation of the sealing-tape machine. According to the dumping plough working method provided by the invention, the strength stability of a dump base and the rock dumping bench are improved substantially, the dumping plough canrealize continuous dumping work, and the rock dumping efficiency is fully played.
