The invention discloses a positioning structure for slope sash beam protection construction and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a slope and a positioning structure arranged on the slope, wherein the positioning structure is sash beam bottom beam concrete and is composed of an anchor rod or an anchor cable, a positioning structure steel bar, positioning structure concrete anda positioning structure reserved steel bar; and an anchor rod hook is arranged at the exposed end of the anchor rod or the anchor cable and wrapped by the positioning structure concrete. The bottom beam positioning structure is poured firstly, a positioning foundation is accurately poured firstly, an accurate platform is provided for subsequent sash beam construction, then the sash beam concretepouring construction method is continuously completed, and sash beam mixed construction is achieved; the positioning structure is a part of a sash beam, and the phenomenon of material waste is avoided; and a slope supporting and retaining structure is accurate in linear control and attractive in appearance, and the slope sash beam construction appearance quality is effectively improved.
