Construction method of over-excavation water collection well
The invention relates to the technical field of foundation dewatering construction in construction engineering, in particular to a construction method of an over-excavation water collection well. Theconstruction method includes the following steps of a, arranging a water inlet pipe; b, putting a water pump into a water outlet pipe; c, starting the water pump to work, and manually digging a pit body of the water collection well around the water inlet pipe; d, after the pit body of the water collection well is completed, sequentially constructing a cushion layer and a waterproof layer from bottom to top in the inner surface of the pit body of the water collection well; and e, taking out the water pump from the water inlet pipe and immediately pouring a foundation concrete structure of the pit body of the water collection well. A temporary dewatering device is installed firstly, and the temporary dewatering device discharges the water in soil below the water level to a drainage positionoutside a foundation pit to ensure the construction safety of manually digging the pit body of the collection well, and the temporary dewatering device has a simple structure and is low in manufacturing and operating cost; and small area over-excavation water collection well construction does not require large machines and can be completed manually, and therefore the construction cost is significantly reduced.
本发明涉及建筑工程基础降水施工技术领域,尤其是一种超挖集水井的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:a、设置进水管道;b、将水泵放入出水管道中;c、水泵工作,并同时通过人工在进水管道四周挖出集水井坑体;d、集水井坑体完成后,在集水井坑体的内表面从下到上依次做垫层和防水层;e、从进水管道中取出水泵,立刻进行集水井坑体基础混凝土结构的浇筑。通过先设置临时降水装置,临时降水装置将水位之下的土中水液排放至基坑外的排水位置,保证通过人工挖出集水井坑体的施工安全性,临时降水装置结构简单,制造、运行成本均较低;小面积的超挖集水井施工并不需要大型机械,通过人工就能完成施工,显著减低了施工成本。
