The invention relates to an integrated quick-disassembly type pipe gallery construction trolley and a construction method thereof. The problems that an existing pipe gallery construction formwork is low in supporting speed, equipment is slow in speed and supporting precision is low are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the trolley comprises an inner trolley body, an outer truss, a connecting part and a temporary supporting system, wherein rollers are arranged at the bottom of the inner trolley body and the lower surface of the top of the outer truss; the connecting part isa rectangular steel structure plane; the front ends of the inner trolley body and the outer truss are connected through the connecting part; a plurality of automatically-controlled hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the left outer wall and the right outer wall of the inner trolley body; a plurality of automatically-controlled hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the top of the inner trolley body;a plurality of automatically-controlled hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the outer truss; inner formworks are mounted on hydraulic rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the inner trolley body; outer formworks are mounted on hydraulic rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the outer truss; and the temporary supporting system is composed of a plurality ofvertical supporting columns and can temporarily support the inner formworks at the top after initial setting of concrete. According to the trolley, the pipe gallery construction efficiency is improved, and the supporting precision is improved.
本发明涉及一体快拆式管廊施工台车及其施工方法,有效的解决了目前管廊施工模板支撑速度慢,设备周慢,支撑精度低的问题;解决的技术方案包括内台车、外桁架和连接部和临时支撑系统,内台车的底部以及外桁架的顶部下表面均设有滚轮,连接部为一个矩形的钢结构平面,连接部将内台车和外桁架的前端连接起来,内台车的左右外壁和顶部以及外桁架的左右内壁上均设有多个自动化控制的液压缸,内台车的液压油缸的液压杆上安装有内模板,外桁架的液压油缸的液压杆上安装有外模板,临时支撑系统为多个竖向的支撑柱,可在混凝土初凝后对顶部内模板进行临时支撑;本发明提高了管廊施工效率,提高了支撑精度。
