The invention relates to an urban rail transit pipeline comprehensive system which comprises a pipe gallery, pre-buried channels and single splicing cantilevers. The pipe gallery is formed by splicinga left pipe gallery and a right pipe gallery, the left pipe gallery is fixedly connected with the right pipe gallery through a fixing piece, a bolt assembly is arranged between the left pipe galleryand the fixing piece, a bolt assembly is arranged between the right pipe gallery and the fixing piece, the pre-buried channels are fixed on the side walls of the left pipe gallery and the right pipe gallery, the pre-buried channels are fixed on the side walls of the left pipe gallery and the right pipe gallery through buckles, each pre-buried channel is internally provided with one single splicingcantilever, one end of each single splicing cantilever is connected into an installation base, the installation base is connected to the pre-buried channels in a sliding mode through sliding blocks,the shape of the sliding block is matched with that of the pre-buried channels, the tops of the single splicing cantilevers are provided with four first cable supports, and the four first cable supports are connected to the tops of the single splicing cantilevers through position adjusting mechanisms. The urban rail transit pipeline comprehensive system has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to manufacture, practical and efficient.
本发明涉及一种城市轨道交通管线综合系统,包括管廊、预埋槽道和单拼悬臂,其特征在于;所述的管廊是有左管廊和右管廊拼接而成,所述的左管廊通过固定件与右管廊固定连接,所述的左管廊与固定件之间以及右管廊与固定之间都设置有螺栓组件,所述的左管廊和右管廊的侧壁上都固定有预埋槽道,预埋槽道通过卡扣件固定在左管廊和右管廊的侧壁上,预埋槽道内各设置有一个单拼悬臂,所述的单拼悬臂的一端连接在安装座内,所述的安装座通过滑块滑动连接在预埋槽道上,所述的滑块的形状与预埋槽道相匹配,所述的单拼悬臂的顶部设置有四个第一电缆支架,四个第一电缆支架通过位置调节机构连接在单拼悬臂的顶部。本设计具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。
