Dock gate caisson cast-in-place multiple jacking method
The invention relates to a dock gate caisson cast-in-place multiple jacking method. A jacking process is adopted to jack up a large cast-in-place dock gate caisson; the caisson is jacked up by 1 m through six circulations; meanwhile, the dock gate caisson is supported by using a concrete cup support; then, a sand cushion layer at the lower part of the caisson is manually cleaned, and a water stopbelt is fixed; and finally, the dock gate caisson falls down and compresses the water stop belt to meet the water stop requirements. The process is high in construction operability and safety, lower in cost investment and high in construction efficiency, and guarantees the quality.
本发明涉及一种坞门沉箱原位现浇多次顶升方法。提出采用顶升工艺将大型原位现浇坞门沉箱起顶,通过六次循环顶起沉箱1m高,同时使用混凝土垫墩支撑坞门沉箱,然后人工清理沉箱下部砂垫层并固定止水带,最后坞门沉箱落顶并压缩止水带达到止水要求。该工艺施工可操作性及安全性高,成本投入较低,施工效率高且质量有保证。
