The invention discloses a walking energy-saving device for a wheel excavator, and aims to solve the problems that part of power of an engine is consumed and the efficiency is lower due to the fact that when the conventional wheel excavator walks, a large amount of oil is pumped out by multiple pumps under driving of the engine and flows back to an oil tank through a multi-way valve and an oil return channel and larger pressure drop can be produced. A clutch (2) is arranged on an output shaft located between the engine (1) and a power takeoff (3), one end of the clutch (2) is enabled to be in drive connection with the output shaft of the engine (1), and the other end of the clutch (2) is in drive connection with the power takeoff (3). Therefore, the walking energy-saving device for the wheel excavator has the advantages of being simple in structure and capable of effectively improving efficiency of the engine.
本发明公开了这样一种轮式挖掘机行走节能装置,为解决已有轮式挖掘机存在的在行走时,多台泵在发动机带动下泵出大量油液并经过多路阀和回油通道回流至油箱,因此,会产生较大的压降,从而消耗发动机一部分功率,效率较低的问题,本发明采取在所述发动机(1)与取力器(3)之间的另一根输出轴上设置有离合器(2),使离合器(2)一端与发动机(1)另一根输出轴传动连接,离合器(2)另一端与取力器(3)传动连接。从而具有结构简单,能有效提高发动机效率的优点。
