The invention provides a water treatment system for dealing with poor drainage of buildings. The water treatment system comprises a drainage pipeline of a drainage system, a water supply system, and an electric flushing control device; the water supply system comprises a water supply pipeline in multi-point connection with the drainage pipeline, and a valve device installed on the water supply pipeline to control the water supply pipeline to inject water into the drainage pipeline; and the electric flushing control device electrically opens or closes the valve device to realize water injectionflushing from the water supply pipeline to the drainage pipeline. The system effectively solves the problem of poor overall drainage of building drainage pipelines, is simple in structure and convenient to maintain, and can be widely used in drainage systems of the construction industry to avoid the problems of drainage blockage, poor sanitation and the like; and the system is high in practicability, high in reliability and high in degree of automation, and also has the advantages of long service life, low maintenance cost and the like.
