The cable working well comprises a power supply system and a drainage structure working well, wherein the power supply system at least comprises a photovoltaic panel, an inverter, a control switch and a support rod; the drainage structure working well at least comprises a filter partition plate, a water collectingpit, a water pump and a drainage pipeline; the photovoltaic panel is arranged at the upper part of the support rod; the inverter and the control switch are arranged at the lower part of the support rod; and the control switch transmits a power supply to the water pump through an insulated wire. Due to the structural design, the cable working well is provided with the power supply system; the working well is connected with a sewage well through a water pipe, so that accumulated water in an urban electric power working well is drained; safe and reliable operation of a cable is ensured; maintenance of electric power is facilitated; and the cable working well is intelligent in structure and high in practicability.
