The invention provides a cold-radiation ceiling system capable of adjusting a temperature. The cold-radiation ceiling system comprises a hoisting component, cold sources, a cold radiation plate, a heat conduction sectional material, a thermal insulation layer and a temperature adjustment unit, wherein the cold radiation plate is hoisted below the hoisting component; the bottom of the heat conduction sectional material is provided with hollow empty cavities used for containing thermal insulation media; an installation groove which is in heat conduction connection with the heat conduction sectional material and is used for installing the cold sources is arranged above each empty cavity; the bottom surface of each empty cavity is fixedly laminated to the back surface of the cold radiation plate and is in heat conduction connection with the cold radiation plate; the cold sources are installed in the installation grooves of the heat conduction sectional material and is in heat conduction connection with the heat conduction sectional material; a back side sealing cover of each cold source is provided with a thermal insulation layer; each empty cavity is full of heat conduction media; andin addition, the temperature adjustment unit is connected with the empty cavities through pipelines to enable the heat conduction media to be poured into the empty cavities or be pumped out of the empty cavities. The cold-radiation ceiling system can realize quick and effective temperature adjustment.
