The invention discloses a metal roof board system and an assembling method thereof. The metal roof board system comprises a metal roof board fixing support, a metal roof board first part and a metal roof board second part. The metal roof board fixing support comprises a base and a fixing part. The fixing part comprises a fixing part joint section. The metal roof board first part comprises a metalroof board first part joint section. The metal roof board second part comprises a metal roof board second part joint section. The metal roof board first part joint section is attached to the first side of the fixing part joint section. The metal roof board second part joint section is attached to the second side of the fixing part joint section. The metal roof board first part joint section, the fixing part joint section and the metal roof board second part joint section are bent to be in a wavy shape. Gaps are formed between the metal roof board first part and the base as well as between themetal roof board second part and the base. By means of the system, friction between the metal roof board and the base can be avoided, and a coating of the metal roof board is prevented from being damaged. The assembling method is easy, and the efficiency can be improved.

本发明公开了一种金属屋面板系统及其装配方法。金属屋面板系统包括金属屋面板固定支座、金属屋面板第一部及金属屋面板第二部；金属屋面板固定支座包括底座与固定部；固定部包括固定部贴合段，金属屋面板第一部包括金属屋面板第一部贴合段，金属屋面板第二部包括金属屋面板第二部贴合段，金属屋面板第一部贴合段贴合于固定部贴合段第一侧，金属屋面板第二部贴合段贴合于固定部贴合段第二侧，金属屋面板第一部贴合段、固定部贴合段及金属屋面板第二部贴合段弯折形成卷曲状；金属屋面板第一部、金属屋面板第二部均与底座间有间隙。本发明能避免金属屋面板与底座间的摩擦，防止对金属屋面板的涂层损坏。该装配方法简单，能提高效率。
