The bottom sliding base (1) comprises bolt holes (4) and a sliding groove (5), and a limiting groove (6) is formed in the sliding groove (5). The movable web (2) comprises a lug edge (7) and a top groove (9), the bottom sliding base (1) is a fixed base and is fixed to a roof structure purline by bolts through the bolt holes (4), and the sliding base can be provided with 4-6 bolt holes (4). The bottom sliding base (1) is in an inverted T shape as a whole, the cylindrical sliding groove (5) is reserved in the middle, the limiting groove (6) is formed in the sliding groove (5), and the limiting groove(6) is in a trapezoid shape with arc-shaped upper and lower bottoms.
