The flat plate is moved upwards through the lifting device to be adjusted to the appropriate height; and by arranging the bracket, whenthe left end of the long rod moves upwards, the right end of the long rod moves downwards under action of the bracket, so that roller rolls on a wall, and a wall surface is whitewashed.
