The invention discloses a cement leveler for a building. The cement leveler comprises an assembly plate, wherein threaded rods are in threaded connection with the two ends of the assembly plate; the bottom ends of the threaded rods penetrate through the assembly plate and are rotationally connected with guide columns; the bottom ends of the guide columns are provided with first concave cavities with downward openings; reciprocating plates are slidably connected in the concave cavities; second concave cavities with upward openings are formed in the reciprocating plates; conductive springs are mounted in the second concave cavities; the top ends of the conductive springs are mounted on the top walls of the first concave cavities; and transmission mechanisms are further arranged in the conductive springs. According to the cement leveler, the conductive springs are used for driving rotating rollers to continuously move up and down, the surfaces of the rotating rollers are used for continuously leveling cement, so that the flatness of the cement surface is improved, and the burden of workers is reduced.
本发明公开了一种建筑用水泥整平器，包括装配板，所述装配板的两端均螺纹连接有螺纹杆，所述螺纹杆的底端贯穿装配板并转动连接有导柱，所述导柱的底端开设有开口向下的凹形腔一，所述凹形腔内滑动连接有往复板，所述往复板内开设有开口向上的凹形腔二，所述凹形腔二内安装有导电弹簧，所述导电弹簧的顶端安装在凹形腔一的顶壁上，所述导电弹簧内还设有传输机构。本发明利用导电弹簧带动转动辊不断的上下移动，利用转动辊的表面将水泥不断的整平，增加了水泥面的平整度，减少了劳动者的负担。
